Based upon the premise that everything is energy, energy is impressed upon matter, and you are energy, vibrational healing is a form of energy work that utilizes sacred geometric codes and frequencies to clear blockages in the flow of vital life force energy throughout the body and its energy field, restoring movement and flow and allowing you to heal and your energy field to expand.

You know how sometimes when you walk into a room, you can immediately feel the energy - whether it's heavy or light, tense or peaceful? That's because everything, including you, is pure energy vibrating at different frequencies.
When someone is stuck in patterns of stress and/or trauma, the energy literally gets blocked. It's like having a kink in a garden hose - the life force can't flow freely through the body and energy field.
Vibrational healing uses sacred geometric codes and specific frequencies -- think of them as energetic keys -- to unlock those blockages and get vital energy moving again. When that happens, the body remembers how to heal itself and the energy field, allowing one to live in an authentic and energized state.

PRVH-only sessions are held remotely either on the phone or via Zoom. If you choose to combine PRHV with coaching, sessions are done via Zoom.
